Rent the BIR race tracks or facilities

Brainerd International Raceway's race tracks and grounds can be rented by groups or individuals that need a unique and spacious facility for a racing or a non-racing event.

With three world-class race tracks, more than 200 acres of open land and grandstands that can seat over 20,000 people, the possibilities are endless. BIR is always happy to discuss unusual or nontraditional events that require spacious, unique facilities.

Race Tracks - BIR's quarter-mile drag strip, 3.1-mile Donnybrook Road Course and 2.5-mile Competition Road Course are available for rent. Groups can rent one of the tracks for a racing or driving event, an educational event or any event that requires a safe, isolated surface. In the past, groups have used the track for walking/running events, high school mileage competitions and a variety of fund-raisers.

Open Space - BIR has more than 200 acres of open space in the race track infield for rent. This area is perfect for groups that require lots of space for camping, events and activities. We've hosted big reunions and annual conventions for groups such as camper clubs, service organizations and car clubs. There's ample room for everyone to find their own space. Water, electrical and septic hook-ups are available. The BIR Bandshell gives groups an option for hosting live music or special presentations.

Additional Facilities - BIR also has additional facilities available to groups renting part or all of BIR.

• The Wheelie-Bar & Grill is BIR's on-site bar/restaurant that's located right on the race track.

• Deluxe Condominiums are two-bedroom, two-bath suites that are very comfortable.
