Official Promotion Rules

Sponsor: Brainerd International Raceway, 5523 Birchdale Road, Brainerd, MN 56401

Agreement to Official Rules:  By participating, entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.

Eligibility:  To participate in the Ultimate NHRA Nationals PowerPak contest, each entrant must be 18 years of age or older. Employees of Brainerd International Raceway and the National Hot Rod Association (NHRA) organization as well as the immediate family and household members of each such employees are not eligible to participate in this promotion. All contesting is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. The winner need not be present to win.

Timing:  The Ultimate NHRA Nationals PowerPak promotion is active from 6/16/08 to 5:00 pm 7/30/08. The top prize will be selected at that time and the winner will be contacted within one working day.

Grand Prize: The Grand Prize includes four (4) Superweek tickets to the Lucas Oil NHRA Nationals race August 7-10, 2008 at BIR; reserved seats; three (3) nights (Thursday, Friday, Saturday) in a new camper; and a Sunday Nitro Tour, courtesy of the NHRA.

Publicity:  Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes winner's consent to Sponsor's use of winner's name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information, hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

General Conditions:  Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Promotion as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prizes at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an un-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner.  Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion is a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

• Any and all taxes and or fees associated with this prize receipt, redemption, and use are the sole responsibility of the winner. Failure to accept the prize in accordance with the rules will result in prize forfeiture.
• All major cash and prize winners of $500 or more must sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release in order to claim his/her prize.

Release: By entering this Promotion, entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Brainerd International Raceway and company's officers, directors, employees and agents, and the NHRA from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt, redemption or use of the prize.
