Tony McGuire of Monona, Iowa won the Partywagon Showdown, sponsored by NAPA Auto Parts. The contest was held Saturday at the Bud Light Bandshell after racing was completed for the day. About 30 Partywagons competed for the title of best Partywagon.

The contest was judged by BIR owners Jed and Kristi Copham and Ron Capps, who drives the NAPA Auto Parts Top Fuel Funny Car. McGuire's contraption was easily the crowd favorite, as they chanted "Deer Stand! Deer Stand! Deer Stand!" while the judges were making their selection.

McGuire's Partywagon was a hit with Capps as well. After McGuire was named the winner, Capps crawled up into the driver's seat for a photo op as he wore McGuire's blaze orange helmet that had deer antlers bolted onto it.
